ingredients: flour 200g sugar 30g salt ½ tsp instant yeast 1 tsp lukewarm milk 70-90g (make a soft dough) 1 egg butter 20 Method: To make the dough, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well, add lukewarm milk and Knead until a dough forms. then Add the butter and continue to knead until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. This should take about 15-20 minutes brush some oil on top and rest the dough covered at 35°C until rises to double the size take out the dough and divide it into 8-10 pieces. knead and shape into small balls cover and let them rise again at 35-40°C for 20-30 mins (* resting time may vary) in a pan pour oil to deep fry. when the oil is warm drop the dough balls in. fry them in low heat until brown enjoy with tea, coffee or milk Note: let the dough rise in a warm place until puffs up. when the oil is slightly warm drop the dough balls in for frying.
