chicken breast(cut into small pieces)
egg 1
cornflour/starch 1/2 cup
plain flour 1/2 cup
baking powder 1tsp
salt 1tsp or to test
white paper 2tsp
chilli powder 1tsp
cumin powder 2tsp
cooking time:
medium to high heat
5 mins for juice inside and moderate crispy outside
8 - 10 mins for crispy outside (not so juicy)
Method:
- Cut chicken into small pieces
- marinade with half of the seasoning, 1 tbsp of cornstarch and an egg
- add another half of the seasoning with flour and cornstarch
- now roll all the chicken pieces in the dry flour mix one by one
- take out and rest for 5 mins in a tray
- You can roll again if you want
- fry in deep oil for 5 mins
- serve hot
