Recipe below- ingredients: olive oil 3 tbsp onion ½ cup garlic 6 cloves butter 4 tbsp paprika 1 tsp ground beef 500g mushroom 250g celery ¼ cup tomato chopped 400g x1can tomato paste 3 tbsp black pepper ½ tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp mixed spice ½ tsp green chilli to taste salt 1- tsp or to taste water 1 cup+- spaghetti 250g - 400g Method: * fry onion in olive oil until slightly golden * add garlic, and butter then fry a little more * Increase the heat to medium-high, add ground beef and cook stirring for 5 mins or until the meat is browned all over. * add tomatoes, mushrooms, celery, all the seasonings and water * Bring to the boil, reduce to a gentle simmer and cover with a lid. Cook for 1 hr stirring occasionally, until you have a rich, thick sauce. * When the bolognese is nearly done, cook spaghetti following the pack instructions. * drain the spaghetti and stir it into the sauce. garnish with green coriander and grated parmesan. * Enjoy
